Lake Arena Wiener Neustadt - Champions’ Favourite Place

Arriving at Lake Arena you immediately feel the special atmosphere of this place, already on the driveway along the track. Michael Steinbrecher has created an environment well fitting to the expectations and requirements of top sport and top sportmen. Juicy green around the courts, a private lake to relax and the beautiful view on the foothills of the Alps make the unique charm of Lake Arena.

With two outdoor show grounds, an outdoor warm-up area and two indoor show grounds generous areas are available for events throughout the year. The track invites to relaxed riding. There is enough space for up to 600 horses, and all of them are housed in clean, fixed boxes. Paved parking for trucks with water and electricity are right on the premises. Daily evening events additionally make Lake Arena to Champions' Favourite Place.

All boxes in the Lake Arena are located in fixed stalls. Litter, straw and hay are provided. The horse waste is collected centrally and used for agriculture in the area as fertilizer.

At outdoor tournaments spectators and guests like to watch the show from a covered stand with buffet places, enjoying the best view on the show ground. For VIP guests there is a separate area with tents and catering. The indoor hall is heated, enough possibilities to sit down invite to enjoy the show when it’s cold outside. The buffet in the hall is open during the entire tournament. VIP guests have access to a separate area on the balcony.

The parties celebrated in Lake Arena became legendary, whether outdoor on warm summer evenings or inside the new Event Center weather doesn’t allow an open air festival. Riders, teams and guests are welcome to celebrate with Michael Steinbrecher and his Lake Arena team.

Michael Steinbrecher

The mastermind of the Lake Arena is connected to the equestrian sport since childhood. As an active athlete, he has won many national titles and achieved top results in international show jumping competitions. Michael Steinbrecher knows exactly what riders expect and how horses are best housed in tournaments. The Lake Arena is developed over years with personal commitment and whoever knows Michael: he won’t stop. As an organisator he is just as popular as host and friend.

Family Steinbrecher

Long years ago the parents of Michael Steinbrecher, Helga and Karl met her childhood dream and built a small riding stable. Step by step this small stable developed to todays Lake Arena.
With Philipp Steinbrecher the third generation is involved in equestrian sports and the Lake Arena. Together with his father, Michael, he is now the sworn core of Lake Arena Team.
